John Dvorak
President & CEO

In August 2021 John began the formation of Associates Commercial Group, Inc. (ACG) a fee management company that brings the complete package allowing other managers to “live the dream.” ACG’s goal is to help other managers and property owners form their own management company under the ACG umbrella. This has been a goal of John’s for 20 years to find a way to help other managers start their own company and/or partner with others. The ACG umbrella brings years of accounting experience and management systems into one platform.
July 2018 – Present
As President and CEO of Atoll Property Group formed with Pat Wood in July 2018, John has taken his experience and knowledge to the next level. Atoll is a client-based fee management company that puts the client first. Our goal is to be that “go to” company for all your assets. We do not focus on a fee but rather the needs of our clients. Currently we have over 3,000,000 square feet under management and growing. This includes large grocery anchored center as well as multiple STNL and multi-tenant pad buildings and common area manager of centers.
Prior to that, John was Senior Property Manager for 1st Commercial Realty Group – Temecula, John brought a wealth of experience to the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas. As well as overseeing the daily property management duties, John was involved in the business development of this office. He was a hands-on manager who gets the job done. In two years, John grew the portfolio from 4 to 10 properties and doubled the revenue.
Prior to that, John was the Retail Regional Director for Lewis Retail Group for nine years. In this position, John managed the day-to-day operations of over 1 million square feet of shopping centers in the Inland Empire and Sacramento. He consistently increased revenue for the Lewis Group of Companies. During John’s time at Lewis, he was involved in the development of a two-phase Target anchored shopping center of over 280,000 square feet, bringing it from conception to occupancy.
Prior to John’s time at Lewis Retail, he was General Manager – Southern California for Pan Pacific Retail Properties, a publicly traded REIT whose major focus was west coast shopping centers. During John’s time at PPRP, the company grew from 19 properties to over 130 through company and portfolio acquisitions. John was involved in the re-development of the El Camino North Shopping center in Oceanside, renovating the 400,000 square foot center, bringing in tenants that included Michaels, Barnes & Noble, Tilly’s, Chili’s, Macaroni Grill and more. John also managed over three million square feet in multiple regions during his time at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, always with a focus on asset enhancement and increasing NOI.
